Author's Note: This is what I'd consider to be an experimentation of sorts where I'd blend the Buffy/Angel/Legacy of The Dragon worlds into one cohesive story. It's not exactly a typical crossover but more like it's own universe. The core characters of who they are remains the same but some liberties will be taken. The first of whome concerns Xander, whom I'll get to later.
Continuity wise this take place around Season 4 but two months after Buffy and Co graduated college. Because I really don't give two iotas worth of a crap about their college life. Lets just say that was a breather period for the gang. Oh they still slay monsters and such but their share of big bads had died down ever since The Mayor stuff.
As for the characters in Legacy of The Dragon this takes place during Carmella's first year as a Knight within the Red Dragon Coven and she was around her early 20s by this time. What brought her to Sunnydale was to investigate a vampire going around pretending to be Dracula.
Note: Just you know, even as an imposter, my version won't look anywhere near that pathetic.
Also the vampires within the Buffyverse operate like the vampires within the Serenity verse. Vampires like Angel, Spike, Drusilla consider themselves more on the independent side as they aren't affiliated with any particular coven. They tried to create a coven of their own back when Angel was Angelus and Darla didn't meet her Final Death. But that didn't pan out too well.
This is not going to be a simple morality tale of the good guys always winning, no matter how it seems at first. Far from it. There will be suffering, there will be pain, there will be grief and by god there will be suffering. There will also be hope, joy, love and laughter. This story will not be just one thing. It will be many things, woven together, to form something greater. And hopefully won't end up being one giant clusterfuck.
So strap yourselves in true believers because this adventure will be quite the experience.
