The Falcon And The Winter Soldier: New World Order

Soldier Boy forced open the door to the warehouse and entered inside after slamming it down behind him. He took a long drag off of his cigar while he approached Bucky and pulled a note out of his belt and held it up. "I got your little invitation! So what the fuck is this about? There are plenty of gorgeous mature women back at the party that need my attention so lets make this shit quick."

Bucky crinkled his nose at the stench of Soldier Boy's cigar. His superhuman senses were making it even worse than normal. "Didn't I ask you to lay off the weed?"

"Didn't I tell you to gargle my ballsack? Get to the fucking point."

"We need to talk about how you handled the Flag Smashers."

Soldier Boy snorted. "Those Wannabe Supe Terrorist Pussies? What about them? They're nearly all dead now anyway and the one, or was it two, we left alive are being questioned by SHIELD now. What's the problem?"

"You slaughtered them. That's what. You didn't even give them a chance to surrender! We could've handled it another way!"

Soldier Boy chuckled. "Okay, first of all, I only wiped out a few of them. Maeve killed some, A-Train killed some, Noir killed some, fuck even The Deep killed a guy. Threw a fucking trident through a guy!" He laughed. "Never thought he had it in him but here we are! Then Homelander killed the rest. He might be a cheap fucking knockoff but he gets the job done. Stargirl worked with you and Falcon to capture whoever was left alive. So again what's the problem?" He paused as a realization hit him. "Wait, is this because I shot Zemo in the dick? He shouldn't have been out of prison anyway."

"Don't get me started on how screwed up that was. You slaughtered The Flag Smashers on sight, you fought with The Dora Milaje, and you've been threating this whole thing like a game. You don't deserve to wear the shield. You have the power but you don't have Steve's heart!" Falcon called down to Soldier Boy as he flew down. "Look, I get it, we've all been there in the wars, in combat, but there are other ways to resolve situations like this." He folded up his wings and walked forward to stand next to Bucky. "Doing drugs all the time is not one of them. Look, just come with us to SHIELD and we can get this whole thing sorted out. You can tell us your side of the attack and they can help you get clean."

"And give us the shield while you're at it."

Soldier Boy scoffed as he took The Captain America Shield off of his back, looked at it and held it up and waved it. "So that's what this is about huh? It's not really my style anyway but I appreciate how useful it is. You want it?" He set the shield down on a crate, took a long drag off of his cigar, blew out the smoke and snuffed out the cigar on a table and flicked it away. "You want it?" He held up his hands and gestured them forward. "Come and get it."

Soldier Boy chuckled. "Okay, first of all, I only wiped out a few of them. Maeve killed some, A-Train killed some, Noir killed some, fuck even The Deep killed a guy. Threw a fucking trident through a guy!" He laughed. "Never thought he had it in him but here we are! Then Homelander killed the rest. He might be a cheap fucking knockoff but he gets the job done. Stargirl worked with you and Falcon to capture whoever was left alive. So again what's the problem?" He paused as a realization hit him. "Wait, is this because I shot Zemo in the dick? He shouldn't have been out of prison anyway."

"Don't get me started on how screwed up that was. You slaughtered The Flag Smashers on sight, you fought with The Dora Milaje, and you've been threating this whole thing like a game. You don't deserve to wear the shield. You have the power but you don't have Steve's heart!" Falcon called down to Soldier Boy as he flew down. "Look, I get it, we've all been there in the wars, in combat, but there are other ways to resolve situations like this." He folded up his wings and walked forward to stand next to Bucky. "Doing drugs all the time is not one of them. Look, just come with us to SHIELD and we can get this whole thing sorted out. You can tell us your side of the attack and they can help you get clean."

"And give us the shield while you're at it."

Soldier Boy scoffed as he took The Captain America Shield off of his back, looked at it and held it up and waved it. "So that's what this is about huh? It's not really my style anyway but I appreciate how useful it is. You want it?" He set the shield down on a crate, took a long drag off of his cigar, blew out the smoke and snuffed out the cigar on a table and flicked it away. "You want it?" He held up his hands and gestured them forward. "Come and get it."

Bucky and Sam attacked him simultaneously. They ran right at him and the fight began immediately! Bucky threw a heavy metal haymaker with his Vibrainum Arm at Soldier Boy prompting him to block and deflect his punch aside with his forearm while Falcon performed a 540 degree flip while flicking out his titanium wings to hit Soldier Boy. He quickly raised his other arm up to block the wing slap but this left him open to a quick punch from Bucky's other hand that Soldier Boy just tanked despite Bucky's own Super Soldier Strength! He then withstood another jab from Bucky before catching Bucky's punch, smacking Sam aside and then focusing his attention on Bucky and shoving him aside. Bucky slid backwards a few feet before he stopped himself and he rushed Soldier Boy again and resumed his assault. He attacked with a combination of jabs and crosses that Soldier Boy blocked so Bucky switched in kicks but Soldier Boy shut down his kick attempt by kicking Bucky's leg hard enough to knock him backwards and then Soldier Boy went on the attack and advanced on Bucky and quickly closed in with a series of fast hard-hitting punches of his own to Bucky's body, followed by cracking him across the face left and right and back again before driving his first into him with an explosively powerful punch that sent Bucky flying backwards until he hit a pillar and dropped to the floor. Soldier Blew on his fist and turned around in time to see Falcon flying at him. He ducked down and avoided Sam's attempt to grab him so Sam switched it up, turned around and launched a line at him that caught Soldier Boy's arm and Sam tried to fly into the air and drag the Super Solider upwards with him only for him to plant his feet, grab the line and pull him back and yank him down! Despite Falcon flying backwards with the jets from his wings he was ultimately overpowered by Soldier Boy's superior strength and he found himself flying right back to him! Soldier Boy smirked and clotheslined Falcon, turned around and slammed him down onto a crate! Falcon broke through the crate and lay on the floor gasping for breath. Soldier Boy crouched down and grabbed his wings. 

"Nice try, Sammy, but you aren't a Super Soldier, you aren't Super in the least...and you aren't shit without these!" He snarled and grabbed onto the wings and yanked and pulled and pulled on them until he tore the wings off of Sam's wing harness and tossed them aside! "Come on. What do you even have without those?" He asked as he stood up.

Sam defiantly stood tall once again and faced him down again. "I've got plenty!" He swung on him but Soldier Boy just caught his punch and punched him out and tossed him aside, sending Sam flying over the crates and through the air until he fell to the floor and hit it like a rock. He was out. 

"Not really." He smirked and turned around to face Bucky who'd returned to the fight. He was coughing and holding his chest but he was at least still able to fight.

"SAM!" Bucky called out to him.

"He'll be just fine. Worry about yourself, Soldier."   

Bucky glared at him and raised his fists up once again.

"SAM!" Bucky called out to him.

Bucky glared at him and raised his fists up once again. 

"That's better." Soldier Boy complimented and got ready for the next fight. 

Bucky swung on him like a lightning fast boxer but Soldier Boy raised his arms and blocked his punches. Blocking the Vibranium Arm hurt, sure, but not enough to do any real damage to Soldier Boy and that was the only weapon he had on hand that could damage Soldier Boy! Bucky quickly switched up his headshots for body blows to duck down and began laying into his body but while he got in some shots it was short lived when Soldier Boy caught the wrist of his arm and tossed it aside and cracked Bucky across the jaw! Bucky's head jerked to the side and he stumbled away but he got his footing back and spat on the floor and he retaliated by standing back up and turning back around and launching a spinning back kick at Soldier Boy that he simply dodged. Bucky turned around and dropped down and tried to sweep his legs but Soldier Boy stepped over it and tried to reach down and grab him but while he got Bucky's good arm he used this chance to get back up and repeatedly strike him with his Vibranium Arm and while Soldier Boy grunted from the impacts and released Bucky he didn't seem all that injured. Bucky got back up and attacked him with a few quick punches that Soldier Boy deflected aside and he tried to knee him but Soldier Boy shut that down but Bucky managed to kick him but he just tanked it and knocked Bucky backwards and tackled him, lifted him up and flung him into a pillar! Bucky was thrown through the air like a softball until he hit the pillar, nearly went straight through it and dropped to the floor. Soldier Boy walked up to him while Bucky desperately squirmed and tried to pull himself back up and ended up spitting blood onto the warehouse floor. Outright spewing and hurling it out of his mouth! 

"You're not fairing any better than Karli did." Soldier Boy quipped. "At least your girly punches actually hurt."

Bucky grabbed onto the pillar with his Vibraium Arm and pulled himself up and dragged himself back up and stumbled backwards before he found his footing and raised his fists again. "I can do this all day."

"Buddy, you're not Steve."

"Neither are you..."

"No. I'm The Upgrade." 

Bucky attacked him again with a series of punches and kicks in a wild all out assault that Soldier Boy primarily just tanked and deflected aside while only really focusing on his Vibranium Arm. The hits that Bucky managed to land with that were the only hits that hurt while Soldier Boy's sledgehammer punches exploded against Bucky like cannon fire! Explosions of pain erupted whenever Soldier Boy hit him and despite the two initially exchanging punches equally it was rapidly becoming clear that Soldier Boy was just too damn strong! His own super soldier abilities eclipsing Bucky's in a straight up fight. 

Bucky was knocked backwards into a wall and Soldier Boy advanced on him and kicked out at Bucky who dodged it leaving his kick to break the wall. He followed Bucky and began throwing punches at him as Bucky desperately dodged his attacks and blocked the punches he could with his Vibranium Arm until he found an opening and he ran forward and pushed his arm aside and began slamming his Vibranium Arm against Soldier Boy's face with a desperate ferocity that would normally be reserved only for The Winter Soldier! Soldier Boy was forced backwards from the pulverizing Vibranium punches but he was able to recover, dodge a punch, catch Bucky's wrist and then he punched Bucky across the face, kicked him in the stomach and knocked him into the wall, closed in, grabbed him and punched him to the floor, kicked him in the air and punched him in the stomach and sent him flying away into a set of steel stairs that Bucky dented and broke on impact. He rolled off of them onto the floor. Bucky was out. 

Soldier Boy spat on the floor and rubbed his jaw and face. "Ow...damn that actually hurt a bit....metal armed bastard." He groaned and turned around and rested against the wall while fishing out a new cigar from his belt. "I'm going to need to get party hard tonight and sleep this off now. Get some ladies together and-" He suddenly jerked to the side and ducked down as The Shield flew where he'd just been standing, ricocheted off of the wall and continued to do so around the warehouse before returning to Sam who caught it with one hand while holding his ribs with his other hand. 

"Really?" Soldier Boy asked. "Alright. Lets end this shit." He walked towards Sam initially before he broke into a full on run across the warehouse. He closed in on Sam with lightning speed while Falcon leaped into the air, aided by the harness, turned around and flung the shield at him again but Soldier Boy just dodged it mid-run, kept running, closed in on Sam, leaped into the air and grabbed him and slammed him down on to the floor while holding up his other hand to catch the shield. He cracked Sam in the face and it was lights out. Soldier Boy stood up triumphant and with barely a scratch from the fight. He put the shield on his back, lit up a cigar and walked away. 

"Out of respect for everything you've both done, for this country and against those alien assholes, I'll let you live this time. But don't ever try this shit again." He walked out of the warehouse leaving the broken Falcon and Winter Soldier defeated behind him.

He had to return to the party anyway.

"Heee, heeeeehn" Within the deep black of space, floating above planet Earth, Black Noir smiled behind her mask at the display that Soldier Boy showcased upon Sam and Bucky. Even as someone as twisted as Black Noir she felt a sense of pride dwelling within her. Seeing him take down the likes of The Winter Soldier and Steve Rogers's successor."

Her thoughts drifted back to when she first met him. Edgar wanted Noir to test Vought's first Super Soldier during the peak of the Vietnam War, so she was assigned as Soldier Boy's mentor. Let's just say if you had to point a finger at how Soldier Boy became the person he is today. As far as Noir is concerned, she's satisfied with the results.

She hears Edgar's voice over the intercom, "Was Soldier Boy up to par following his awakening?"

Black Noir chuckled, "Good Soldier."

"That's all I need to know. Report back to Vought HQ"

Note: Yeah I took some liberties but lets face it. Better scenario than what the show did  Plus this provide some spice to her history with Soldier Boy.

YAY BLACK NOIR! Actually much more in line with the OG Comics Version and it creates an interesting dynamic between her and Soldier Boy in this universe! 

Nice to see her still being the most reliable and terrifying of The 7 as always even in this crossover world!
