PROLOGUE: JUDGMENT DAY.

Necropolis Mountain.

A lone figure falls from the mountain propelled by a massive explosion and pinned down by a rainstorm of blaster fire raining down on his armor. Sparks fly and lights flash in the air but the falling man doesn't seem to bothered by his predicament. That is until he hits the bottom of the mountain and lands right on top of a collective of landmines which sets all of them off! There is a massive explosion of light and plasma energy that shakes the entire area! The explosion shoots up into the air in a rising blazing inferno echoed by the roars of an angry god! After a moment the lone man walks through the flames and swipes his sword angrily. He is clad in what looks like a Ranger Suit but it is pitch black high tech armor. As dark as his heart. This man, this monster, that had just walked off a trap that would have obliterated anyone else, was a monster of a former Ranger who called itself The Arbiter.

Claiming to be the first Power Ranger, he has hunted rangers across the Multiverse, taking their power coins as he views all other power rangers to be unworthy.

He is sociopathic and self-righteous, as a result of how his own actions led to loss and destruction and instead of accepting the blame that was his own he displaced his guilt and remorse by blaming the Zordon of his own dimension, claiming Zordon gave powers to innocent people and beguiled them with foolish notions of becoming heroes, only for them to fall fighting evil forces.

Though Zordon tried to assure this disturbed ranger into believing otherwise, he spitefully chose to destroy Zordon despite the risks in doing so. After slaying Zordon, this fallen power ranger was exposed to intense power from the Morphing Grid, resulting in his madness becoming visible in the form of his charred and damaged black suit.

Narcissistically believing the Morphing Grid to have chosen him, he took on the name of 'The Arbiter', with the delusion that it was now his duty to travel throughout the Multiverse to strip power rangers of their power coins regardless of who they are and what good they did. Due to his immense powers and relentless drive to carry out his mission, he has defeated and even killed many power rangers despite many of them fighting valiantly but ultimately being no match for the Arbiter.

The Arbiter is insane and cannot be reasoned with. He will not compromise his deluded madness, and once he sets his sights on a power ranger he will never stop hunting them until he has taken their power coin or killed them.

Time and time again he murdered innocent, pure hearted heroes who were guilty of nothing more than fulfilling their duties as Rangers and defending the innocent.

All things come around however and The Arbiter was about to get a firsthand experience in the circular nature of Karma.

As he proceeded forward the Earth split open into a massive chasm! Energy blasts rained down on from an angle and blasted him in the chest, forcing him to fall into the chasm right into a blazing pit of fire that surged upwards once more! This rising explosion of flames was powerful enough to overwhelm and lift up even giant sized monsters so even with The Aribter's incredible power he was thrown upwards high into the sky! As the flames rose every higher they were suddenly wrapped up in tornadoes of wind and electricity! Trapping The Arbiter in a blazing shocking whirlwind! The Aribter was spun around like a toy by the tornado while being shocked and burned at the same time until he was able to disperse it with a surge of power! He began falling down to the ground but when he was nearly there he was suddenly contained in a shocking energy bubble! It briefly electrocuted from all directions until he was able to burst out of that and he finally touched down on the ground!

Right up until he heard the battle cries of SPD Rangers behind him! The Arbiter turned around just in time to see The SPD Specialists clad in SWAT Armor now right in his face powering up their super punches! "CHARGE: SUPER MUSCLE MODE!" They called out and SMASHED their super punches into him! There was a massive shockwave of force that erupted all around the area of impact and the ground was smashed open into a crater! The Arbiter was thrown through the air once more a considerable distance until The Jungle Fury Rangers struck at The Arbiter with a collective Chi Empowered Punch that sent him flying through the air! He slammed into a boulder, broke through it and kept going until he hit a wall, broke a crater into it and then he fell out and down on his face.

"CALL TO THE BEAST INSIDE!" The Jungle Fury Rangers called out and sent out their Jungle Beasts in Energy Form at The Arbiter while he was down! They all descended down on top of The Aribter while he was down and began scratching, biting, clawing and attacking him like a feral animals until he was able to finally get up and batted each of them away one after the other and dispersed them! That was when The Ninja Steel, Time Force, Aquitians, Ninja Steel, Turbo, Mystic Force, Pirate Armada, Shadow and White Drago Rangers ran in and zipped all around him blitzing him from every direction at once! Sparks sprayed from all over him while the Rangers blitzed around him in streaks of speed! After their blitzing session finished they all backed off and The SPD Specialists ran in alongside a team of RPM Rangers with similar Time Manipulating Powers to RPM Blue! They all powered up their SUPER HYPER MODEs and drastically slowed down time to speed themselves up while the RPM Rangers did the same and they collectively resumed the speedblitzing ambush from every direction pummeling and kicking and shooting and slashing him from all over his body! They kept this up until they began powering down whereupon they backed off and left the now stumbling and off balance Aribter to be hit by a few Ranger Bazooka Blasts! The resulting launched him through the air once more!

Once he eventually hit the ground he was immediately assaulted by the Pirate Armada! In a mirror of what they did to Mavro so long ago, they utterly dogpiled on the still off-balance Arbiter using a Ranger-Key from Every. Single. Ranger. Team. In rapid succession. All six Rangers bouncing between them so rapidly between powers that it's hard to keep track of who transforms into who as they blitzed him with every weapon, form and trick they had before blasting him into a cliffside! The Arbiter was once again smashed into a giant crater as the Rangers powered down and all of the Rangers gathered together again and surrounded him.

ALL OF THEM!

EVERY SINGLE POWER RANGER!

The Arbiter lifted his head and beheld the sight of every collective Ranger Team, even the individual Rangers who'd escaped The Aribters wrath before, they'd gathered together to bring down The Arbiter and make him pay for the rampage of death and destruction he'd left in his wake.

All of The Aribter's crimes were finally about to be paid back to him with interest.

The Arbiter rose to his feet and readied his sword. "So what? Don't think this changes anything. All you've done, all you have done, is make things easier for me. I shall-" His big speech was cut off by sprays of blaster fire from several squads of SPD Rangers. From the front, sides, behind and above him! As fast as he was, their constant full speed blaster fire overwhelmed him and the blaster fire rained down on him. The Arbiter roared in rage as the blaster fire poured down on him like a torrential downpour! However even this wouldn't be enough on its own to destroy him, merely holding him off. Eventually he was able to force himself to stand tall again and he charged through the lasers while slashing as much of it out of his way as he could until he could reach them but then they teleported out of his way and the speedsters rushed him next. Arbiter raised his sword and he stepped forward and began slashing at them, deflecting and parrying their attacks to knock them away and then a giant energy ball appeared over his head and shot down towards him. He raised his sword to stop but the ground beneath his feet broke open and then sealed his feet. This distracted him long enough for the blast to come down on his head and trap him! The Arbiter roared in fury and pain and thrashed around until he broke free but then he was stabbed in the back by a few Rangers and the impact sent him flying off of his feet and then the speedsters came back into the fight and blitzed him again and again and again in a rainbow whirlwind of speed and blades. The assault halted just as quickly as it started and then he was being fired upon by the Rangers again. The Arbiter dropped to the ground and lay there as the blaster barrage poured down on him. He slowly picked himself up again while the blasts poured down on him. "Run....Hide....Fight...it makes no difference...even your numbers will not-" He was cut off by a massive energy blast striking him dead on in the face resulting in a massive explosion that knocked him right back down before he began rising up again.

"Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Ugh. I thought my Evil Versions could ramble on but you have got to be the most one note boring villain I've ever seen!" The Rita Ranger taunted him as she walked through the fire and smoke and planted her staff. "Honestly! Don't you have anything interesting to say?"

The Arbiter tried to respond but the fire erupted into a massive swirling spiraling tornado! This only got worse for The Arbiter when a massive lightning storm started up and a massive amount of lightning bolts fired from the sky into it. Rita laughed as she watched this unfold until The Abriter suddenly freed himself from the fire tornado and flung himself right at her but she teleported out of the way and appeared elsewhere and waved to him.

"Hypocrites! You dare to side with a madwoman such as her? None of you are-" He was cut off again by another energy blast striking him in the back! "What? You think I'm evil in EVERY Universe throughout the Infinite Multiverse? That's a little insulting." Another Rita taunted him, this one clad in Green Crystalline Ranger Armor. The Rita Ranger teleported next to her and they nodded to each other and leaped backwards, flipped in the air, touched their staffs together and then pointed them down at him and fired a combined energy blast down on him! The blast pushed him down as the Earth again trapped his feet to hold him in place. This forced him to cut it away and he climbed out of the hole and held off the blast with his sword but this left him open to being shot in the back by multiple arrows which exploded against him on impact and of course a massive amount of blaster fire aimed at his back and sides. He withstood it and then he flung himself up at the two Rita's and tried to slash them but they teleported out of the way. He fell back down to the ground, while still being blasted, only for the barrage to lay off as he was landing and then The Drakkon Ranger lunged towards him and slashed The Abriter He tanked it and slashed at him but Drakkon parried it and the two of them began dueling in an lightning fast sword duel before The Arbiter knocked him away. He stepped in to cut him down but Drakkon teleported away to safety. The Arbiter started going after the other Rangers but then...it happened....he lost his footing. He stumbled. On his own. It was only for a moment but he was staggered. They had finally put a dent in him. One that wasn't immediately healing. Which meant that Zayto and The Morphing Masters were doing their job. Which meant the Rangers just had to keep him pinned down and keep the pressure on.

This Multiversal Murderer was finally going down.

No matter what he did, no matter where he turned, no matter what attacks he managed to fend off, he was getting hit by somewhere else. Left, right, behind, front, angles, even from above from the Rangers either flying above him or sniping him from afar. He was being shot, blasted, burned, electrocuted, frozen, cut with whirlwinds, cut and hacked and slashed with all manners of various melee weapons, fired upon by various long range weapons, and blitzed from all directions. The Arbiter did his best to fend off their attacks but he was all alone against a massive relentless army swarming around him a lethal tornado of colors. Even when he tried to send The Rangers away to another dimension that only caused the Dimensional Anchor Devices that the Rangers had littered throughout the area to activate and generate an energy field that directly countered The Arbiter's Dimensional Powers, shorting them out and leaving him trapped in there with them. He roared in confusion but it was drowned out by the sheer amount of artillery raining down on him! Ordinarily, he'd be protected by The Morphing Grid's Energy Field rendering him invulnerable so he'd be able to shrug off the sheer amount of damage raining down on him, but, since the Morphing Masters were fighting his corruption from The Morphing Grid, his powers were weakening, so he no longer had his invulnerability shield. Which leaves the question: What happens when you take a Villain who's been so used to just walking through everything for so long with a God Mode Hack Enabled...and take away his invincibility?

You're left with a slow, sluggish, punching bag who not only had forgotten about fighting properly but was also being swarmed from all sides with the constant relentless attacks battering him down into the ground. All he could do was ineffectively roar and swing his sword blindly as sparks flew from his body from this sustained, ruthless, beating. He tried to teleport but it was nullified. He tried to banish them but it was nullified. He tried to use his lightning fast reflexes to attack back but the Rangers were covering each other too well. He could only fall to his knees in pain and anger and confusion, rising again only to get blitzed and battered into the air before being slammed down again!

That was when the various Time Force Rangers allied behind Cayden Pierce, Formerly The Silver Time Force Ranger, Now Calling Himself The Chrono Ranger, and activated their Newly Issued Timeflow Guns.

These Futuristic Handguns were crafted from a rare alloy known as Chronium, which allowed it to manipulate time itself. Embedded within its frame were tiny, pulsating crystals that emitted a soft, ethereal glow. These crystals were the heart and soul of the weapon, granting it extraordinary abilities.

When held in the hands of a skilled user, the handgun could alter the flow of time around its target. With a single thought, one could slow down time to a crawl, making bullets appear to hang in mid-air. This gave the user the advantage of swift and calculated movements, enabling them to dodge attacks and strike with deadly precision.

But the handgun's true potential was unleashed when its user pressed a hidden button on its grip. Instantly, the crystals would emit a blinding light, engulfing the surroundings in a luminescent haze. It was during this time that The Timeflow Guns could manipulate time on a grand scale.

In the blink of an eye, the world around the wielder would start to move in a frenetic blur, the laws of physics bending at their will. Bullets fired from this weapon would be accelerated along their personal timeline, firing at incredible speeds in the frozen time, tearing through the air with a deafening roar. The user could even alter time around an entire battlefield, temporarily freezing their enemies and rendering them motionless.

The Rangers activated the Time Freeze Option, freezing The Arbiter in place and leaving The Ranger Army free to pummel him even worse! The Result: The now frozen Serial Killer being blasted and blitzed with the Rangers now freely forming their Super Modes and Finisher Weapons and outright hammering him with absolutely everything! They were unleashing more attacks and firepower and punishment on him than they'd done on anybody else with more and more Rangers jumping into the attack to just blast him with even more firepower. Team after Team after Team after Team just joining in to jump him and smash him into the ground! Then, just as quickly as the Time Freeze Strategy started up, it ended and time returned to normal and The Arbiter, The Multi-versal Mass Murdering Serial Killer, felt all of the countless attacks he'd just taken and suddenly spasmed and thrashed and flailed around in the air from the sheer absolute asskicking he'd just taken until he was sent spiraling far up into the air like an out of control spinning rocket missile until he was dive kicked by the Flying Rangers who came down on him, kicked him and sent him flying back down to the Rangers! Then they continued to fly around him, blitz him from all directions, and then they kicked him down to the ground again! Then the Rangers jumped into the air, slashed and blasted him down towards another direction, and then The Chrome Ranger and The MMPR Team From Universe 2-18, came up at him and hit him and sent him flying through the air and sent him into the canyon wall where he was smashed straight into it in a giant crater! After a moment of tension The Arbiter came back out only to fall right back down on his face with the rubble falling down him.

The Arbiter was left smoking and sparking and shaking and spasming on the ground, completely unable to believe the absolute ass kicking he'd just received, completely unable to even form words, only able to mutter and stutter and sputter ineffectively.

The Chrono Ranger stared down at him with his Power Sword pointed right at his head. After all that, after everything they'd done, after everything he'd done to all of the innocent people and the heroes of the multiverse, he had only two words to say to him.

"Get Up."

The Arbiter rose to his feet and readied his sword. "So what? Don't think this changes anything. All you've done, all you have done, is make things easier for me. I shall-" His big speech was cut off by sprays of blaster fire from several squads of SPD Rangers. From the front, sides, behind and above him! The Arbiter roared in fury and pain and thrashed around until he broke free but then he was stabbed in the back by a few Rangers and the impact sent him flying off of his feet and then the speedsters came back into the fight and blitzed him again and again and again in a rainbow whirlwind of speed and blades. The assault halted just as quickly as it started and then he was being fired upon by the Rangers again. The Arbiter dropped to the ground and lay there as the blaster barrage poured down on him. He slowly picked himself up again while the blasts poured down on him. "Run....Hide....Fight...it makes no difference...even your numbers will not-" He was cut off by a massive energy blast striking him dead on in the face resulting in a massive explosion that knocked him right back down before he began rising up again.

"Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Ugh. I thought my Evil Versions could ramble on but you have got to be the most one note boring villain I've ever seen!" The Rita Ranger taunted him as she walked through the fire and smoke and planted her staff. "Honestly! Don't you have anything interesting to say?"

The Arbiter tried to respond but the fire erupted into a massive swirling spiraling tornado! This only got worse for The Arbiter when a massive lightning storm started up and a massive amount of lightning bolts fired from the sky into it. Rita laughed as she watched this unfold until The Abriter suddenly freed himself from the fire tornado and flung himself right at her but she teleported out of the way and appeared elsewhere and waved to him.

"Hypocrites! You dare to side with a madwoman such as her? None of you are-" He was cut off again by another energy blast striking him in the back! "What? You think I'm evil in EVERY Universe throughout the Infinite Multiverse? That's a little insulting." Another Rita taunted him, this one clad in Green Crystalline Ranger Armor. The Rita Ranger teleported next to her and they nodded to each other and leaped backwards, flipped in the air, touched their staffs together and then pointed them down at him and fired a combined energy blast down on him! The blast pushed him down as the Earth again trapped his feet to hold him in place. This forced him to cut it away and he climbed out of the hole and held off the blast with his sword but this left him open to being shot in the back by multiple arrows which exploded against him on impact and of course a massive amount of blaster fire aimed at his back and sides. He withstood it and then he flung himself up at the two Rita's and tried to slash them but they teleported out of the way. He fell back down to the ground, while still being blasted, only for the barrage to lay off as he was landing and then The Drakkon Ranger lunged towards him and slashed The Abriter He tanked it and slashed at him but Drakkon parried it and the two of them began dueling in an lightning fast sword duel before The Arbiter knocked him away. He stepped in to cut him down but Drakkon teleported away to safety. The Arbiter started going after the other Rangers but then...it happened....he lost his footing. He stumbled. On his own. It was only for a moment but he was staggered. They had finally put a dent in him. One that wasn't immediately healing. Which meant that Zayto and The Morphing Masters were doing their job. Which meant the Rangers just had to keep him pinned down and keep the pressure on.

This Multiversal Murderer was finally going down.

"I-I....don't...don't..understand...why...how? How...how...how is this happening to meeeeee?" The Arbiter mumbled weakly.

"Perhaps we can answer that question for you." A grandiose echoing booming voice echoed out over The Canyon. A heavenly, divine, cosmically beautiful light shined down from the sky and illuminated the entire world as The Rangers looked up into the sky. A shining portal that lead out of the Morphing Grid opened up and The Morphing Masters flew out of it to confront The Arbiter.




Ageless beings with untold power, The Morphin Masters, also known as The Masters, were ancient beings that lived in the Morphin Grid and protected it from various threats. Some of them were instrumental in creating the very power sources various Ranger teams use through all of time and space. Just as The Morphing Grid was Multiversal in scope, so too was their reach and authority, and The Arbiter's atrocities had not escaped their notice. Now, having reached a consensus with The Emissaries and collaborated with them to remove his stain on The Morphing Grid, they had come to pass judgment upon the murderous Ranger. Merely gazing upon them filled The Arbiter with dread as he knew his time had come at last.

(Noooooo....nooooo....not THEM! Not THEM! NOT NOW!)

"Judging by your reaction, you know all too well why we have come." Morphin Master Red spoke to him. "Your slaughter of the just and innocent ends here. Despite your actions stemming from your own pain and loss you had NO RIGHT to take it out on others. For whatever hardships you suffered in the past, you are now nothing but a child lashing out at the innocent, a tantrum throwing fool. You are selfish, Arbiter, and that selfishness has blinded you to the strength of The Champions who stand in front of you. Many of them have suffered loss as well. The loss of family, friends, allies, comrades, even entire worlds, and they never fell to the same depths you did. They used the pain of their losses to motivate them to become stronger, to help others, to protect the innocent, so that no one would ever the suffer the pain of the losses that they did. That is the essence of the Power Rangers. THAT is the essence of a true hero. Before you say anything, I will reiterate that you did not deserve what happened to you. But neither did your victims. You had a choice, endless choices, Zordon himself pleading to offer you aid, to console you in your darkest moment, but you could not see past your own pain and anguish and lashed out, struck him down, and went on a bloody rampage against people who never even knew you, who never even met you and had nothing to do with your pain. All in a blind effort to make them feel the same pain that you did. I say again, you so called Arbiter: You are nothing but an egotistical brat with delusions of grandeur throwing a tantrum who would never hold a candle to any one of the heroes who have gathered here in front of you. So now, just like a misbehaving child, you shall be punished."

It was Morphin Master Green who spoke up next. "You are an aberration upon The Morphing Grid and now your connection, your darkness, your stain upon it have been cleansed. Next: Your body shall be cleansed of its own darkness, your conscience will be restored, and you will spend the rest of your days suffering the pain and guilt of your atrocities."

The Morphin Masters raised their staffs and surrounded them with bright glowing lights and they all spoke in unison.

"ARBITER! THE MORPHIN MASTERS, THE EMISSARIES AND THE MORPHING GRID ITSELF HEREBY DEEM YOU: UNWORTHY! THE POWER PROTECTS YOU NO LONGER!"

The Arbiter stared in horror and could only weakly stammer out rapid fire little "No"'s until they blasted him with their light and the light rose up into the sky in a brilliant shimmering shining pillar of pure positive good energy that shot upwards into the sky! The Arbiter could only scream in pain and anguish as the darkness in his heart was gradually burned out of him, as his burnt, charred, dark Ranger Armor was dissolved in the light, he screamed and screamed and screamed as his humanity was restored and the monster was destroyed by the cosmic power of The Morphing Grid itself. His screams quickly became less monstrous and more human as The Arbiter was erased leaving only The Man he once was. When the light faded, all that was left was a crying sobbing man in a shirt and jeans laying on the floor screaming and bawling his eyes out as the guilt, the shame, the horror of what he'd done, what he'd become, all hit him at once. Even after all they'd experienced, all that he'd done, they could still feel the depths of the guilt and anguish washing over him right now, from the sorrow of an intangible ache deep within his soul. His tears were like rivers flowing from an inexhaustible source, a torrential storm within him. With each sob, his body seemed to tremble, as if he was attempting to shake off the weight of the Universe. His cries were raw and primal, as if every ounce of his being was poured into each tear drop that fell. 

"So...it's over?" The Chrono Ranger asked.

"Yes." Master Green agreed. "He has been spared the sentence of deletion but, all the same, he will experience the same pain and anguish that he has inflicted upon others. You may now imprison him." 

The Chrono Ranger took a deep breath and stepped closer to The Arbiter. "All this time, I thought about this moment for so long, thought about...what I'd say to you, how I'd finish you, how you'd look at the end...I have to admit, I wanted to kill you, to destroy you, to just be rid of the monster who took everything from me and from so many others, but this....this is perfect. You will not die here. But you will be imprisoned, indefinitely, in The Digital Dungeon." 

An SPD Ranger, Jack Landors, stepped up next to him and held up his Judgment Scanner while The Chrono Ranger held out his Time Force Badge.

"JUDGMENT! DIGITAL DEEP FREEZE!" They both called out simultaneously and released a double energy wave from both devices. The Broken Man disappeared in a flash of light as he was shrunken down, flash frozen in time, and then trapped inside of a Data Card. A Double Imprisonment. The Chrono Ranger walked over to it and picked it up and held it out to Jack who placed it inside of a Card Case and then closed it, locking him inside. The Chrono Ranger held it up. "Ladies, Gentlemen, Everyone, My Allies, My Friends, My Brothers And Sisters In Arms, The Arbiter Is No More! The Nightmare Is Over At Last! POWER RANGERS FOREVER!"

"POWER RANGERS FOREVER!" They called out simultaneously!
