CHAPTER 1: BIG GAME HUNTERS AND THE ECCENTRIC GANGSTER.

Olga Vasilev trekked through the interior of The Huntsman's Cave in a hurry to meet with King Rasoul Kovalev Vinogradov to deliver the good news of their latest Hunt to him. She was a powerful looking woman, a soldier forged through years of warfare and mercenary work, with the muscular build of a trained professional killer and eyes that were cold as ice. The markings and tattoos of The Death Hearts' Hunters further exemplified her life of hunting and death alongside her brethren. She calmly hurried past the other hunters in their merry band as she continued on her path to their King. The Cave was a labyrinthine maze of course but she and the others were more than familiar with the layout of King Vinogradov's base of operations. She continued her path throughout the cave until she finally reached their King's lair and she knelt down on one knee and bowed her head.

"My Lord. I bring the greatest news." She greeted him in the greatest awed reverence. Olga was a powerful woman, she knew that, but she was downright tiny compared to their Lord. He was a massive, towering, imposing man with muscles layered upon his muscles. He was covered in tattoos and the tribal markings of The Hell Hunters Tribe whose proud traditions he carried on through his hunts and whose teachings he passed down to them. His face was stone cold and serious like he'd been carved out of stone. His black hair was worn back in a ponytail like a mane. 




"Speak." His deep dark baritone voice reverberated down the halls of the cavern and she looked up at him with a smile.

"We just received a splendid new job offer. One that I know you've been looking forward to for a very long time."

"Who is the target?" 

Olga's response, while being just two words, sent a chill down his spine and finally made him smile at the thought of the juicy target awaiting them in Celestial City.

"Ambrosia Diavolo."

"Splendid." He stood up to his full imposing towering height. "This is wonderful news. I accept. Ohhhh do I ever." He clenched his fists and flexed his muscles. He began to laugh as Chi burst out of him in waves, knocked over Olga and traversed the cave and back out of its entrance. His laughter bellowing out after it. "Heh, heh, heh. Hah, hah hah, hah hah! HA HA HA HA HA! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA!" He turned around and flexed his massive back muscles as he looked at the sheer number of severed heads stabbed into the cave wall by his blades. "WHAT WONDERFUL NEWS! A HUNT WORTHY OF OUR ENTIRE TEAM! OUR BATTLE WILL BE LEGENDARY!" He turned back around and waved to Olga who by now had gotten right back on her feet and was looking back up at him with a smile. "GO NOW! INFORM OUR WARRIORS! WE HAVE MUCH TO PREPARE!" 

"EEEEE! SIR! YES SIR MY LORD! WHAT A GLORIOUS HUNT THIS SHALL BE!" She turned around and ran out of the cavern at top speed as King Vinogradov looked back at his wall of heads. "Soon, Diavolo, soon you too shall join my trophy wall. As my greatest addition yet."

TIMELINE: 120 DAYS BEFORE THE BLOOD HUNT.

Two minor things: The term Huntsmen is already established within the Serenity Verse as an organization tasked in hunting supernatural monsters. A shout out to the hunters from Supernatural and Hunter x Hunter.

Also I feel a Kraven type of character would be wasted to just be used to establish how powerful homegirl is as there isn’t any stake to it. Why not use him for a hero instead? Personally I say it’s a good opportunity to use a concept like this that would bring Annabelle and Izumi out of retirement. And for a character to do just that he should definitely be a formidable opponent.

Timeline wise this story should take place after The Blood Hunt Arc. About a couple of weeks since.

Plus this gives a chance to see what the heroes are capable of following the Serenity incident. And it’s long overdue for a good hero moment when n this verse.

To provide even more layers why not make the Kraven type come from a family of Kravens? Now they didn’t get involved in The Blood Hunt because they were preoccupied with a situation of their own.

With this situation we have stakes. A good way to establish potential villains and even highlight the heroes better. After the BS of MHA and the MCU it’s about damn time the heroes are given their props here.

I'll tell ya what: We can compromise.

You can have the Kraven character opening! Feel free to modify it and use it for a Silver Hawk storyline! Have fun with it!

I'll make a different opening for this story for Ambrosia in the meantime.
