Delta Station 4LL14NC3 Earth Quadrant.
Space Patrol Delta Special Investigator Division Officer Requiem Sion, The Current Earth Quadrant Nova Ranger, rested on the bed in her quarters in a deep sleep. It was the first real amount of sleep she'd gotten after the constant shifts she'd been pulling. Even with her enhancements and training giving her the ability to work for much longer and harder than a normal human/organic being, she still had the psychological need to rest before she could get back to work. Hence the deep sleep mode she put herself into to finally give herself some rest before she got back to work. Requiem herself has short cut dark blue hair and a tall muscular build, giving her a Statuesque Amazonian Build, with strong toned muscles, toned midriffs, sculpted abs, toned broad shoulders, and strong well-developed legs. Like the rest of The Specialists she trained her entire life to get into the V.I.C.E. Division and more than put in the work with the SPD Earth Branch's B-Squad until she was promoted to A-Squad and then to The Specialists Branch for further training to be welcomed into the V.I.C.E. Division and she'd continued putting in the work ever since. Her Parents served in SPD as well, as members of SPD's Stealth Force, and while she didn't quite go that route she wanted to make them proud of her nonetheless while still blazing her own trail. Her promotion to Nova Ranger was one of the proudest moments of her life and she knew to take it very seriously and treat her Ranger Designation with honor and respect. Especially because of how powerful the Omega Morphers were. Stack on her enhancements, like the others did, on top of that and she was carrying an enormous responsibility on her back to act like a professional Ranger and Officer and put in Maximum Effort at all times. But right now she needed to rest. On Earth, a space colony or a colonized planet, there would usually be a Day-Night Cycle to help you figure out when it's Morning, Afternoon or Night, but on The Station you just had to take your rest when you could and set your timer so you know when to get up. Once you wake up, you clean yourself up, clean your room, get dressed, down some Gurala Paste to refresh yourself and get right back to work. If you are woken up before the time you chose then you report ASAP and get right back to work all the same. Requiem was fortunate though in that she chose a relatively quiet time to pick her nap and nab 240 Minutes of rest. The instant her time was up though her alarm immediately started going off and rock music filled her quarters. Requiem immediately got up, turned it off, jumped out of bed, landed on her feet, quickly remade her bed and rushed to the shower, removing her panties and sports bra into the cleaning module on the way, and after double-checking that the hundreds of options of her station shower were set to where she liked them, water temperature, pressure, soaps, shampoos, scents, oils, massaging sponges and a full body polish, she turned it on and enjoyed her luxurious relaxing shower welcoming her back to the waking world. After cleaning up she stepped out and was dried back off. She walked back out of the shower room and got dressed in her underclothes and SPD Uniform, strapped her Morpher to her wrist, and downed a tube of Gurala Titanax Atomic Omega Nano-Steroid Protein Paste, A Concentrated High-Calorie Goo Of Aminos, Proteins, Vitamins and Minerals. Everything the body needed to fill you up, improve your overall stats across the board and keep you going for a lengthy amount of time. Requiem had a preference for the Space Chocomint Flavor, specifically the Theta Pranum style, personally. After downing it she placed it inside of a Recyclotron and exited her quarters. The door parting into three sections and then closing behind her. It was time to report to the bridge and then go on patrol until she was called for assignment.

Side note, if anyone's curious, SPD VICE comes directly from a translation of the Sentai's Special Forces "Tokkyou" short for "Special Investigator Division for Violent Crime Countermeasures" (tokubetsu shitei kyouaku hanzai taisaku sousakan), translated by Over-Time SUbs as "VICE" (Vicious Interplanetary Criminal Engagement) branch of SPD.

She was in the middle of walking down the hallway while stretching and rolling her shoulders when Celethe Lansford, SPD Specialist Omega Ranger, greeted her. "Well, well, look at you! Finally awake, sleepy head?" She teased Requiem. Celethe Lansford, while not quite as buff as Requiem or the other girls or guys, still had an Athletic Gymnastic Physique and she still stood tall at an impressive 5'11. Celethe was still the little sister of the group regardless but she was every bit as trained as the rest of them. She had short brown hair and glasses that were mostly for show as their enhancements had taken care of any vision problems a long time ago on top of drastically improving their vision along with everything else. Celethe's glasses, on top of being stylish, provided an augmented reality or heads-up display, cameras that transmit input and output, heads-up displays and a targeting scope and information transmissions. Celethe Lansford/SPD Omega Ranger! "Good afternoon yourself Celethe! Did I miss anything?" "Nothing yet. Space has been peaceful so far today." "Oblecr! Still, that usually means that The Cosmos is winding a curveball so we'll have to remain vigilant. Sparring Session in the Gym after I report back to The Bridge?" "Oblecr! That sounds great!" She cheered. "Although, you know you can just call right?" "True but I'm old fashioned. Reporting that you're getting back to work in person is just what I'm used to. We reported in person when I was working under Commander Bullet Darktooth down on the Earth branch." "The Sirian Hellhound. I heard he's rather scary." "Oh no. Bullet can be rough around the edges and he's very by the book but he's a nice guy once you get to know him. I wouldn't recommend taking him on in a sword fight though. He's the Swordsman that Samurai Rangers come to for additional training after all." "Woah no way! Earth Branch has been training with The Shiba Samurais?" "Yeah, it's all part of SPD branching out. By learning from other Ranger Teams and instructing them we can strengthen Earth's defenses and in turn we can strengthen our greater interstellar defenses." "Oh hey that's a really good idea. Man, the Earth Rangers are really impressive. KO-35's tech is on the cutting edge but the camaraderie of the Earth Rangers is admirable." Celethe complimented. "For what it's worth, I find KO-35 to be a beautiful planet, Celethe, if I ever do take a vacation I wouldn't mind taking it there." "Thanks Requiem. When that day comes I would love to give you a tour."

When that day comes I would love to give you a tour." The girls continued talking until they reached the elevator where Bonetox Uzonnol, a Striktder from Outian, and Abzulu Straobu, a Tsufururur from Wanadon, were waiting for in the middle of their own conversation. The average member of Bonetox's race has a stocky build and is quite tall. They have dark bluish gray skin. They have ears shaped like leaves, distinctive markings on their arms and legs, hornlike protrusions on their foreheads, and small, muted blue-to-indigo eyes while Abzulu's races generally have a build similar to that of humans and is around the same height as the average human. "You'd think they'd eventually learn that it's never going to work?" "A criminal's gonna criminal. Truly, what a sup'rstitious dormouse valour lot those gents all art. How art thee humour dram sis? i desire this day finds thee well." "As good as it gets on the station, big bro!" She replied as they fist bumped. "<Let me guess, the punk in question was Grroogla Worge?>" Requiem asked as she conversed with Bonetox in his native language. "<You read the file, huh? Yeah, it was him. He was a decent fighter but a cowardly thug at the end of the day. But how are you doing, Sleeping Beauty? All rested up?>" "<Back at 120%!"> Requiem responded proudly. "<As long as I get at least one nap in I can go on operating for over a week straight. More if there's some action going on and I can get my adrenaline on. POLICE UNIFORMS! Not counting the Ranger Suits of course. The Police Uniforms are the day-to-day uniforms like the undersuits in SPD. Provides some additional protection under the Ranger Suits and gives some extra protection in case they get caught up in a fight or are attacked prior to transforming.

Requiem and Celethe stepping into theirs to go report to the Chief and the guys stepping into a different elevator headed elsewhere in the station. As the doors closed and the elevator moved on up the Space Jazz Music started playing overhead. It was good music of course but Requiem still preferred Gneron 81P's Effigy. 'You're My Favorite Thing' was just so damn silky smooth. Smooth jazz, with its mellow soundscapes and flowing melodies, can hasten relaxation and lower the blood pressure. As the great drummer Art Blakey once said of Jazz, it “washes away the dust of everyday life.” Any music that can do that is not to be sniffed at. As the two girls relaxed and enjoyed the fantastic elevator music, Celethe tapped her foot against the floor, leaned back, stretched, and began Rapping her own music in KO-35's Native Language. The girls continued talking until they reached the elevator where Bonetox Uzonnol, a Striktder from Outian, and Abzulu Straobu, a Tsufururur from Wanadon, were waiting for in the middle of their own conversation.
They have skin covered in reddish scales. They have distinctive markings on their faces, necks, and bodies, hornlike protrusions on their heads, and small, muted blue eyes.
"Tavo þata yég er, pravré, yég've fék þeto punk zaturda gero stevegin ig onha keeps insisting aðto onha alð ek gerlat eaþ, pravré? tavo bam! yég daggö muhan the suntel. Yég literally imði hago crimes recorded ig yég presented þak tiv muhan í ta holo-video. Hago andso snúchada bel betur!" Bonetox explained his recent arrest to Abzulu in his native language from the Los Oxham Country of Outian.
<So there I am, right, I've got this punk backed against the wall and he keeps insisting that he didn't do it, right? So BAM! I hit him the evidence. I literally had his crimes recorded and I presented them to him in a holo-video. His face turned pale white!>
"Oh sir, I knoweth the humour! It happeneth all the timeth! Thee shouldst heareth some of the fetches criminals has't madeth aft'r being carded!" Abzulu explained with a laugh. Abzulu's people tend to have a very theatrical Shakespearian way of speaking. You get used to it.
"Niak manam tira hamet vy helys the ochesfél afyen?" Bonetox asked.
"T'wasn't mine own fault! T'wast society's f'r not allowing me to murd'r! Those gents sayeth aft'r trying to bloweth up a space city!"
They laughed as the girls walked up to the elevator with them. "It's funny isn't it? They're always so big and bad until we card them and then they start bawling." Requiem quipped.
"They're always either blaming society and others for their problems or swearing revenge right up until they get sent to the storage unit." Celethe joked. "You'd think they'd eventually learn that it's never going to work?"
"A criminal's gonna criminal. Truly, what a sup'rstitious dormouse valour lot those gents all art. How art thee humour dram sis? i desire this day finds thee well."
"As good as it gets on the station, big bro!" She replied as they fist bumped.
All rested up?>"
"<Back at 120%!"> Requiem responded proudly. "<As long as I get at least one nap in I can go on operating for over a week straight. More if there's some action going on and I can get my adrenaline on. Are you guys doing okay too?>"
"<Perfectly well! Winding down on the station will feel good until the next crisis occurs.>"
"<Same. You guys free to join me in the Fitness Center, later?>"
"<Certainly!>" The elevator dinged and opened up and the group stepped into their respective elevators.
Space Rap!

"Well you have more musical talent than I do." Requiem confessed. "I focused on training my body so much I never took much time for other interests. I do enjoy reading though. I'm currently working my way through a book from Tamania and it's captivating as heck." They arrived at the top floor and the elevator opened to the hallway leading up to the staircase to The Chief's Office.
The two officers strolled down the hallway together.
"By the way. I know you invited the others to a work out together but would you mind a spar later?" Celethe asked.
""Ohhh? You really want to throw hands with me?"
"Space Patrol Officers Fear Nothing, Requiem, and we need to keep ourselves in tip top shape at all times. That goes double SPD Specialists like us. So yeah. I'm up for a match with one of our top ranked officers."
"I like your spirit, Celethe, so sure, I'll take you on. Just know that I won't go easy on you."
"I wouldn't expect you too."
As the pair approached the stairs they were met by another officer descending them at the same time. The Mercurian Alien Vela Hetjuhöggr clad in her overly shiny specialized silver police uniform.
Externally, Mercurians are normally identical to Humans. However, their bodies are truly comprised of solidified mercury rather than flesh, and they are capable of converting back into liquid mercury, in situations such as taking enough damage. In these situations, using metal stabilizers on them can revert them to their humanoid form, although they can also do so after several hours. In addition, Mercurians are capable of manipulating mercury for various purposes, including morphing their limbs into weapons. Due to their body's composition, materials that are harmful to mercury will harm them, making them appear ill. Mercurians were known to operate, or at least serve in, the Intergalactic Emergency Responder Squad, an interstellar search-and-rescue organization. Under the organization, teams of Mercurians were assigned to any given disaster, and were suited for various roles, including fighting any threat present, known to carry spears with several spikes near their spearhead. Mercurians, or at least those in the Intergalactic Emergency Responder Squad, are known to wear dark grey uniforms with silver vests. The power and effectiveness of Mercurians is known throughout at least the Milky Way, and likely any other galaxy the Intergalactic Emergency Responder Squad operates in, making warlords desire them as soldiers. SPD had worked alongside The IERS for years so it was only natural that there'd be some overlap between the two organizations. Vela in particular had joined SPD to transfer the skills she'd learned as a Rescuer into the Space Police and worked her way up into SPD's Special Forces Division with the rest of them as Space Patrol Delta Vicious Interplanetary Criminal Engagement's Mercury Ranger.
The silver-eyed silver clad redhead smiled as she spotted them. "Hello ladies. How's it going? Are you here to make a report too?" "Ahhh just here to report back to duty and see if there are any missions lined up. I'm awake again and I'm looking to stretch my muscles." Requiem summarized. "I just handed in my own report and nothing just yet. Things have been quiet with all of our planetary operatives taking care of business. Still I wouldn't get too comfortable. Odds are good that The Universe will throw an emergency at us before you know it." Vela assured her.

"Heeey! That wasn't bad! What do you call that one?" Requiem asked her.
"It was rather impromptu and acapella but lets call it....A Hull State of Mind. The Rock Hip Hop."
"Well it was pretty dang good for something you came up with on the fly."
"Thanks. It's just a hobby for me though. Are you a fan of rap?"
"I'm more of a Jazz, Rock, and Fusion kinda girl but I'll listen on occasion."
"All good. I've been a fan since I heard Kyrax-Zyvax on Intergalactic Radio and I've tried to write my own. Most of which are cringey but some are better than others."
"And when it does we'll be ready for everything and anything. Because Space Patrol Delta is always ready for anything!" Celethe responded eagerly. "You've got a good spirit, kid, make sure you never lose that." "Not a chance...I'm not a kid though! I'm a certified Specialized Sin-Prevention Space Police Specialist like everyone else here!" "And you've more than earned your Ω Rank, Celethe! You've made us proud time and again out there in the field." Vela complimented. "Not bad for Ҟһҹҵұҿ, huh?" Requiem joked. "Hey now, I've worked alongside plenty of Solids even back during my Rescue Days and they always pulled through with everyone else. In fact, the ones in my Division, The Malleus Silver Lions, put in 110% every single time to make up for the fact that they lacked the shapeshifting abilities of us Mercurians. I hope we run into them on an assignment someday because I know you guys will get along great with those old knuckleheads." "I certainly hope so. Getting the chance to work with the famous Malleus Silver Lion Rescue Rangers would be a huge honor." Celethe replied. "Yeah. It would certainly be good to see them again. At any rate I'm gonna grab a shower and then hit the sparring room. Let me know if either of you wants to throw down later." "Dibs!" Celethe replied quickly. "Sold to the Ω! I'll see you then." They high-fived and she walked away humming the tune to Dreams Of His Edge. Requiem and Celethe smiled and turned around and continued walking to the office, reached it and walked inside. The Kranirian Secretary Blo'ala looked up from her work as Requiem and Celethe walked up to her and saluted and Blo'ala saluted back. "Hello Chief Secretary Nungagen." Requiem greeted her. "I'm just here to see The Chief to see if there are any upcoming assignments. How's your day going by the way?" "<Ahhh yes, Officer Requiem, Officer Celethe, welcome. Yes, please, step inside. The Chief is waiting for you.">
She greeted them. Being a Kranirian, Blo'ala Nungagen's language sounds like a mixture of wind chimes, chittering, chirps and audible binary code in a thoughtful, emotional, codified language. They lack faces in the conventional sense so instead their eyes flash red when they're speaking. They 'feed' by reaching out with their brain-tails, long fleshy appendages that protrude from their heads, or alternatively tendrils from their fingers, into liquids and absorbing them. "Great. Thanks a lot." She responded and waved as they walked up to the door to speak with Chief Aëtos Freebird. The Universe was a very big place and things could change for them in an instant after all...

Thanks a lot." She responded and waved as they walked up to the door to speak with Chief Aëtos Freebird. The Universe was a very big place and things could change for them in an instant after all... They entered Chief Freebird's Office, a well decorated yet distinctly military feeling room, and The Chief looked up from his notes. "Ahh, Requiem, what may I help you with?" She snapped a salute. "Sir! I have completed my rest cycle and I am ready to resume active duty! Is there any crime that needs stopping?" He chuckled. "Just woke back up and already itching to get back into combat, eh? Your sense of justice is inspiring. Unfortunately, no, our forces have everything handled at the moment so feel free to take a load off and make your rounds and get some training in. If there are any alerts or distress calls you and everyone else will be notified." "Sir! Yes Sir!" "Also, you could've just called." "Sorry Sir. An Old Earth Habit." "Quite alright. How about you, Celethe?" "I just wanted to accompany her, Sir." She admitted. "I'm not surprised. I've seen the videos of the two of you in action together. You make a highly efficient team and you've made Space Patrol Delta proud time and again. Continue to demonstrate your skills and talents together for the sake of spreading truth and justice throughout the universe!" " SIR! YES SIR!" They replied simultaneously. "Good. Dismissed." They bowed their heads and exited the office. - "That went as expected." Celethe confessed while they walked down the hallway. Well, Requiem was walking normally, Celethe was moonwalking backwards with her hands behind her head. "Yeah, but I wanted to double check if there was any work to be done. I start getting antsy if peace lasts too long." Requiem joked. "It's true that we might have to find alternative means of work if we ever achieved intergalactic peace but that's the reason we fight: To one day day, hopefully, end the neverending battle so the people of the Universe can finally live in peace and happiness. I'm sure those Rookies down on Earth are feeling the same way." She responded with a heart melting smile on her face. "Say, that reminds me, isn't SPD's Earth-Branch training their own Super Rookies right now?" "Hmmmm." Requiem checked the date on her Morpher. "Sounds about right." "Any hopefuls in the squads?" "There are three in particular I've had my eye on: A little elf named Skye Evergreen, a hotshot flyboy named Seraph Darwin Costantini and a young Deadshot named Roza Gunhild." "Gunhild? As in 'Demon Eye' Drusilla Gunhild? They related?" "She's her little sister." "Well now. If she's on the same level as the rest of her family she'll be a shoe-in for Ranger Status. Who's training them?" "Hmmm...let me check..." A Holo-Screen popped up and she began cycling through it before laughing. "Oh man. You've gotta see this. These kids hit the jackpot." Celete did a pirouette and turned around to look at the screen. Her eyes widening in realization. "Ohhhh thogicid. They got Greyhawk?" "Good 'Ol Dominar Greyhawk." Requiem responded fondly. "She's the best mentor those kids could ask for." "So long as they stay on her good side..." "Or the closest she has to one." "So long as they stay professional." Celethe corrected herself. "Otherwise she's gonna beat the thogicid out of them. Speaking from experience." Requiem turned off her holo-screen and patted her on the back. "There's a reason that even The A-Squad will go back to her to improve their skills. She's tough but she's fair and she's as strong as Iron." "Think they'll make it through?" "I think they'll be fine. Greyhawk never goes too far with her training methods. Earth Branch is going to get some serious badasses out of her training." "Yeah...yeah, you're right. I'm sure they'll be fine." Celethe replied and walked into the elevator with her and began reciting tongue twisters while she loosened up. "Purple paper people, purple paper people, purple paper people. Purple paper people, purple paper people, purple paper people. Gobbling gorgoyles gobbled gobbling goblins. Bbbbbblah...." "You good?" "Yeah, it just helps me relax." "You ready to go spar?" "Oh Space-Hell yeah."
