Author's Note: So, if the title and the synopsis aren't an indication, I consider this my own personal response to the Star Wars Sequel trilogy by exploring just what a Post War Against The Empire would actually look like. Instead of a usual fan fiction approach with it, why not examine it in the form of an original story?

Summary: The Empire has fallen and a new Galactic Alliance has formed thanks to the bravery of the valiant rebels, led by Queen Andromeda, a former Scavenger named Artemis Sun, and a Vingard Paladin named Ash who helped liberate the galaxy from The God Emperor and his Knight of Darkness, Lord Erebus. The galaxy has reached an era of peace as the new alliance seeks to rebuild. A few years have gone by since the fall and Ash has been seen as a decorative hero to the people. Despite this success, he still seeks to hunt down any Remnants of The Empire to prevent any chance of it reforming. During his journey, he meets a young lady who happens to maintain the same gift that Ash possesses so he recruits her to train her as a Vingard Apprentice. AWESOME! Bringing back the Space Epics! Love it bro! Looking forward to what you do with your own style of Space Opera Aftermath Of A War style of storyline.

Once upon a time....in a distant galaxy
Episode VIII
"Remnants of The Empire"
The galaxy rejoices in the wake of its liberation from the iron grip of the Empire. Queen Andromeda, the beacon of hope, and her fearless allies, the former Slinger Artemis Sun and the mighty Vingard Paladin Ash, have united the scattered rebel factions into a new Galactic Alliance. Together, they have ushered in an era of peace and begun the monumental task of rebuilding a shattered galaxy.
As the citizens of the galaxy bask in the newfound freedom, Ash, the valiant hero who helped bring down the tyrannical rule of The God Emperor and his Knight of Darkness, Lord Erebus, remains ever vigilant. Despite the accolades bestowed upon him and the adoration of the people, Ash understands the true nature of the Empire—its remnants still lurk in the shadows, waiting for an opportunity to rise again.
With an unwavering determination, Ash embarks on a solitary quest to hunt down any lingering remnants of the Empire. Armed with his unwavering sense of justice and the indomitable spirit of a Vingard Paladin, he traverses the far reaches of the galaxy, leaving no stone unturned, no sector unexplored. Each step he takes is a testament to his commitment to ensuring a lasting peace.
But the task is not without its challenges. Amidst the vastness of space, Ash encounters remnants of the once-mighty Empire, scattered and desperate. Battles ensue, testing his mettle and resolve. With each victory, the echoes of the fallen Empire grow fainter, but Ash knows that complacency could spell doom for the fragile alliance and the galaxy's future.
The Galactic Alliance, united under the steadfast leadership of Queen Andromeda, recognizes Ash's selfless dedication and unwavering pursuit of justice. They rally behind his cause, providing support, intelligence, and resources.
In this time of great uncertainty, as the galaxy teeters between the horrors of the past and the promise of a brighter future, one hero stands tall. His quest to eradicate the Remnants of the Empire will determine whether the galaxy remains bathed in the light of freedom or succumbs once more to the clutches of darkness.

His quest to eradicate the Remnants of the Empire will determine whether the galaxy remains bathed in the light of freedom or succumbs once more to the clutches of darkness. I love this! Stomping out the First Order Equivalent before it even gets a chance to get off the ground! This is exactly what they should've done in the NuWars Canon! Ash is going full on one man army on all of them and bringing justice and peace back to the universe! Seriously, the New Republic randomly deciding to de-militarize and just letting the New Order build up over decades while they sat on their hands made absolutely no sense. Logically they would've cracked down on that stuff hard. I mean, it got to the point that they turned an entire planet into SUPER Death Star! How do you sit around and let that happen? Not here. Ash has a lot of battles ahead of him but he can and will tear them down to prevent the universe from being plunged into another war.

Although, unlike the sequel trilogy, my villains aren't jokes. While there will be an occasional victory here and there this most certainly won't be a one-sided cakewalk for the good guys.

In simplest terms. This isn't Disney Star Wars and it sure as hell isn't the MCU. Because villains matter in my stories.

In simplest terms. This isn't Disney Star Wars and it sure as hell isn't the MCU. Because villains matter in my stories. Or MHA for that matter. But yeah I get what you're saying. This is going to be a long hard bloody struggle to finally put the remaining villains down and ensure peace in the Universe. After all, just because they've been scattered doesn't mean they've lost their weapons, technology, training, etc. They've just splintered into factions. This war is only just getting started.
