Prologue
A Time Out
"Any of you ****ing pricks move and I'll execute every mother****ing last one of you!!!" At the Moneytree National Bank, there has been a hold-up as a group of armed robbers have staged a robbery. "Now everyone be cool and don't be a hero." The leader said" All we want is the money" One of his men dragged the manager to him with the money they were looking for "Here. It's all the money we have" "It'd better. If I find out otherwise, we'll be back" He threatened then looked back at the others" Let go! The cops must be on their way by now" They rushed out of the bank shoving pedestrians out of the way in the process "Move!" they ran a block and then turned an alley" Charles?!" They find their driver lying on the floor unconscious and restrained with a large led pipe "Hey, guys!!!" They look to see a young woman dressed in superhero attire with a red and black color scheme standing next to their escape vehicle that's floating in mid-air "Looking for something?"  The leader pointed the gun at the heroine" Ok put the vehicle down or I'm going to pump your guts full of.." the gun was snatched out of his hand then he was whacked across the face and he went down, knocked out cold. The gun levitated with the vehicle" Now then. Have you guys ever heard of the term? Timeout?" A cop car parked in front of the alley and out came Jennifer Kingston, Knight of the Serenity City Watchmen, she walked up the alley to find Leon waiting"Do rundown, how did you find these guys again?" Leon grinned as if holding back laughter from when he first saw the robbers" Well Rouge remember in kindergarten when a kid is bad they use a time out as a form of discipline." "You mean by facing a wall and not saying a single word till their time out is done?" Jennifer said Leon smiled then introduced them to the robbers, sans a couple who were knocked out and restrained, facing a wall silently while some of the other cops were inspecting the van (Oh...Kay) Jennifer said keeping a professional expression"They didn't try and escape?" "One of them said she'll hunt them down if they do," Leon said then the two went and apprehended the robbers. "The folks at the department are going to love this" Leon said Note: So I had to do some retooling as I felt that the original start didn't establish the character well enough nor established the vision of her being the new protector of Serenity City that I have for her. So I thought this beginning, while light, showcased it in a way that suits Flannery/Seraph's heroic character. |

An excellent introduction to Flannery that truly showcases the power and potential and creativity of Telekinesis complete with a badass costume! Great job with the New Introduction in the story! We should definitely include an action scene for Hiro too while we're at it! |

"The Angel of Serenity?" AOS inquired, her voice crisp and focused, cutting through the air as she soared gracefully. It had been a considerable span since she had mastered her psychic abilities, sufficient to conjure a protective barrier during flight. Though her suit boasted imperviousness to bullets, she exercised caution, crafting a miniature shield to deter the intrusion of insects upon her helmet while navigating the skies. "That's what the media has dubbed you. I find it rather fitting," Hiro remarked over the communication link within her helmet, his tone conveying a mixture of pride and camaraderie. "True. Although I might tweak the moniker in the future. For now, Angel of Serenity it is," AOS responded, a subtle chuckle emanating from Hiro on the other end. "Did you put them on a timeout?" AOS laughed, her voice carrying a lighthearted yet confident note. "Oh, absolutely! I spotted an opening, and why not seize the opportunity?" "Mrs K is going to have a field day with that one. By the way, just a friendly reminder, you've got about 15 minutes before you need to prep for class." "Oh, Fudge Baskets! Thanks for the heads-up." "No problem. Best of luck with your tryout," Hiro conveyed before terminating the communication. Seizing the moment, the Angel of Serenity accelerated, her form streaking through the sky as she set a determined course toward Serenity Academy.
Author's Note: That's correct! A slight twist on Flannery's story as to where she and Hiro currently go to school at currently. Flannery out of costume.  |

UNIVERSITY OF ADVENTURE AT A COLLEGE UNIVERSITY HONORING ONE OF THE GREATEST HEROES IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD! This is going to be a really fun story. Exploring such a prestigious advanced university alone is going to be fun and The Angel of Serenity is a really good title for Flannery, their sibling relationship is off to a fantastic start. This is going to be a fun story! |

Flannery lands on the rooftop of Serenity Academy. Hiro had already given her the heads up that the security cameras have been altered so that she won't be spotted but Flannery still needed to do a quick scan just to be sure that a guard hasn't stopped by. Relieved that wasn't the case she gave a command then she a glowing ball of red light surrounds her. Once it vanishes she is transformed out of her superhero attire.
(Thank goodness I decided to wear my PE clothes underneath) Flannery looked at her watch and sucked in a breath, (Five minutes, OK. No pressure at all) she opened the door and enters the building.
Note: Not gonna lie this is probably the one series where I really don't have a plot. I see this like One Punch Man where it's just a series of slice of life scenarios involving Flannery as she navigates the world of Serenity as both as superhero and ass a teenager
